The petitioners are languishing in custody since 20.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 326, 307, 436, 380, 427, 302, 153A, 295A and 363 of the Indian Penal Code. On recovery of a dead body of one Bhartendu Sahani Saraiya P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015 was registered leading to rising of communal tension between the two communities when the mob resorted to arson.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25122 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 petitioners that the accusation is against the mob and FIR named accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 14052 of 2015.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 232 of 2015 arising out of Saraiya P.S.
