None appeared on behalf of the State. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 3985 of 2016, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 9.3.2016. In the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has been indicated that order has already been complied with and required stamp fee has already been deposited on 11.4.2016, of -course after expiry of the time fixed by this court. Considering the fact that order of the court has already been complied with, though after expiry of peremptory time, the restoration petition is allowed.

The writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 3985 of 2016 is directed to be restored to its original file. (Rakesh Kumar, J) praful/- U
