The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 338/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion. The petitioner was apprehended and his confessional statement was recorded. The name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of the co-accused Lalan Kumar but it appears that the petitioner was arrested on 01.12.2014 and till date he is in jail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25583 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Deo Priya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 338/2014.
