Petitioner happens to be Nepali citizen and Nepali currency of Rs.1,31,000/- and some ATM cards are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.03.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.case No. 36 of 2016.
