The petitioner is accused in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016, registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is said to be apprehended along with four other co-accused, but nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 04.03.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17849 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ms. Shema Eram, J.M.1st Class, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
