"5. That so far as the contention of the petitioner to dispose of the Case No.164 of 2011 in compliance of the order dated 21.07.2016 passed in CWJC No.25395 of 2013 is concerned, it is humbly submitted that the present opposite party has already disposed of the said case no. 164 of 2011 vide order dated 01.08.2017/23.11.2017 issued vide memo no. 8S1/RL dated 24.11.2017 (Photocopy enclosed). Therefore, the order of the Hon'ble Court has already complied."

Patna High Court MJC No.1913 of 2017(4) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 Since the writ Court has only directed for disposal of case no. 164 of 2011 and the same has been disposed of vide order dated 24.11.2017. Unfortunately, the copy of order dated 24.11.2017 has not been attached to the show-cause. Considering the aforesaid, this application stands disposed. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner that if he has any grievance after the decision in case no. 164 of 2011, he may approach the competent authority/forum in accordance with law.
