This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahnar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 325, 365, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

The accused persons including this petitioner are said to have committed rape upon the victim.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
