The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the informant has not supported the allegation against the petitioner, however most of the prosecution witnesses have already been examined in this case. Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Wife of the petitioner died within two years of her marriage under unnatural circumstances.

Since the trial is at the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34212 of 2020(2) dt.04-01-2021 2/2 Khiri More P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014.

Hence, prayer is refused.

Learned trial Judge is directed to expedite the trial of the aforesaid case and conclude the same preferably within four months without allowing unnecessary adjournment in this case. (Birendra Kumar, J) mantreshwar/- U T
