JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, alleged occurrence is said to have been committed by more than 100 people on account of removal of Idol of Goddess Saraswati. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon ( Ghogha) P.S.Case No. 78 of 2015.
