The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 31.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18924 of 2015 (Raj Kumar Sharma Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors) by which the learned Single Judge has been pleased to dismiss the writ petition of the petitioner-appellant. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal reserving liberty to take recourse to such other remedy as may be available in accordance with law. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
