It appears that petitioner misused the privilege of bail for more than 14 years and uptill now, charge could not be framed against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 107 of 2000 arising out of Simri (Krishna Brahm) P.S. Case No. 112 of 1999 stands rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in jail custody, if, his trial is not concluded within the above-said period.
