Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is said to have given farsa blow causing head injury to the informant. Informant has sustained altogether four injuries and injury on the scalp of the informant has been found grievous in nature said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon but it is not clear as to how doctor came to the above stated opinion. Moreover, parties have already compromised the case. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Minapur P.S.
