This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sandesh P.S. Case No. 165 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 325, 337, 338, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application as the petitioner has been arrested by the police.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
