2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Tariyani Chhapra P.S. Case No. 20 of 2026 instituted for offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of BNS. lodged on 20.03.2026 by the informant, Nagendra Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that due to minor dispute, the accused persons resorted to assault and so far as this petitioner is concerned, the allegation is that he assaulted Rinku Kumari causing injury below the eyes and on the nose. The assault theory has also been assigned to other accused persons. This led to the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that a bare perusal of the learned Sessions Judge order would show that fracture of nasal has been recorded.

6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner, no relief can be granted.

7. The anticipatory bail stands rejected.
