Petitioner happens to be full brother of injured and according to prosecution case itself, only single blow was given by the petitioner causing grievous injury on the head of injured for which petitioner is in jail custody since 17.04.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Although, informant claims that petitioner having entered into her room made attempt to outrage her modesty but in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that a quarrel took place between the parties on account of use of hand-pipe. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30332 of 2015 (3) dt.29-10-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014.
