JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 18-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Vide order dated 12.10.2020, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 21651 of 2020 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed against the petitioner.

No.44476 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the charge has been framed against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 corresponding S.T. No. 302 of 2020.
