Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the first information report on 8.02.2015 dead body of the handicapped son of the informant was found at concrete road near his house towards south. It has been further alleged that on 07.02.2015 at about 7 P.M. he proceeded from the house saying that he is going to Chandpura Chowk but he did not return till night and in the morning he found his dead body.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2015 and charge sheet has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27500 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 been submitted in the case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that it is a case of last seen and there is no direct or indirect evidence which suggest the implication of the petitioner. .

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Begusarai in Nimachandpura P.S. Case no. 07 of 2015.
