JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016, registered under Section 25(1-b)A, 26 Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol along with one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 25.02.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20763 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
