The petitioner seeks bail in Naokothi P.S. Case No. 117/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter went to School but she did not return. The informant disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons and stated that the son of the petitioner kidnapped his daughter.

No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The son of the petitioner was studying with the victim. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25589 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 117 of 2014.
