The petitioner is accused in connection with Ekchari (Kahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015, registered under Section 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that the Police apprehended four persons including the petitioner. On search, petitioner was found in possession of one country made pistol and 23 live cartridges. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 29.10.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20684 of 2016 (2) dt.16-05-2016 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Bhagalpur in connection with Ekchari (Kahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015.
