The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.482 of 2017, corresponding to Sessions Trial No.146 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The wife of the petitioner is said to have been strangulated inside the house of the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 04.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49468 of 2018.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to hold the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
