The defects pointed out by the Registry are ignored.

The learned counsel for the contemnors has produced an order dated 14.08.2020 passed by the General Manager (ZH) Bank of Baroda, Patna, whereby and whereunder the representation of the petitioner for grant of salary for the period of unauthorized absence has been rejected, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.06.2020 passed in CWJC No. 22266 of 2019 has been complied with.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1299 of 2020(3) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 14.08.2020, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petition stands disposed off.
