2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30a, 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Prosecution case is that 672.840 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the Bolero vehicle.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question. He is in custody since 23.4.2024.

5. Considering the facts of the case, this regular bail petition is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released
