JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general allegation against the petitioner and others that they assaulted the informant by different weapons. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Bachchu Baba @ Bachchu has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
