JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners informs the Court that during the pendency of the writ petitions the admitted dues of the petitioners have been paid.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioners has been substantially redressed. In case there is any error in calculation of any of the dues payable to the petitioners, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to approach the University by filing representation and the University is required to decide the claim as to wrong calculation or unpaid dues to the petitioners and pass reasoned and speaking order within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, both the writ petitions stand disposed of.
