2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 73 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Without going into the merits of the case only on the limited ground that the processes under Sections 82 & 83 Cr.P.C. had not only been issued but also executed, this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34857 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In such view of the matter, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
