The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of Arms Act.

Accusation is that the petitioner was apprehended at the counter of State Bank Branch, Nirmali Branch and on search one country made pistol and one mobile set were recovered from his possession.

Submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that though the allegation is made that one country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. Further submission is that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 19.01.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.19439 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M.,(Birpur), Supaul in connection with Nirmali P.S.Case No. 07 of 2016. Out of two, one of the bailors must be local.
