JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2020 Heard Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 (G.R. No. 4230 of 2019), dated 26.07.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in the confession of an arrested accused person.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2020 and in most of the cases in which he was earlier made accused,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33393 of 2020(2) dt.14-12-2020 2/2 he has been granted bail.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he was made accused in one case and, thereafter, in series of cases, he was remanded.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur (Vaishali) in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 (G.R. No. 4230 of 2019).
