The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 173 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.10.2020. Vide order dated 25.08.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that case is fixed for evidence.

Considering the stage of trial and nature of accusation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
