JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to extend age retirement from 60 years to 65 years.
The court is not persuaded to issue any direction in connection with enhancing the age. Whatever age is prescribed for superannuation of teachers is applicable to the Madarsa teachers and as such the petitioners will superannuate on attaining age prescribed for superannuation in the school.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10817 of 2017(3) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the respondents inform the court that the age of retirement is 60 years.
Without going into the issue, the Special Director, Education may take final decision with regard to age of superannuation of the teachers in Madarsa within a period of three months as said decision will also govern the case of the petitioners.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
