For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Arjun Prasad For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Veena Rani Pd., APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 28-05-2015 Heard.

The petitioner seeks bail in a criminal prosecution registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. After going through the record, this Court finds that the petitioner is accused in as many as six more criminal cases of serious nature, but in paragraph-3 of the bail petition there is mention of only two more criminal cases and no mention has been made with respect to other criminal cases in which the petitioner is accused. In above view of the matter, it is apparent that the petitioner has tried to conceal the material fact and after such concealment an attempt is being made to mislead this Court for obtaining an order of bail in the instant criminal case. In that view of the matter, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, is rejected.
