In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bathanaha P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.4.2015.
