JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and some other accused were arrested in Lalganj P.S.Case No. 241 of 2015 and, after that, they have been remanded in the present case on the basis of their confessional statements. Apart from this, the location of looted mobile was found near Hajipur and except the above stated material and some criminal antecedents of petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody in the present case since 04.01.2016 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
