The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that while he was going to his house on a bicycle , 506 persons surrounded him and snatched cash of Rs. 500/-, one Rolled-gold chain and one mobile phone. It is also alleged that another person was also looted. Again on a motor cycle three persons were going were also looted by the accused persons. On alarm they fled away. On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30/8/2014 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that the

It is further submitted that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Khagaria in Gogri P.S.Case No. 132 of 2014.
