====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 10.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 59060 of 2021, the prayer of the petitioner for bail was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed by order dated 20.05.2022 as would be evident from Annexure 3 to the bail application. Since the charges against the petitioner have been

No.35246 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 framed, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Andhratharhi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020, subject to the condition that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
