The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 13/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant received a call from Mobile no. 9570254296 and it is alleged that the petitioner demanded extortion from jail. It is submitted that the petitioner is never demanded any extortion from his Mobile no. 9570254296. Even during course of investigation the police did not collect any material to show the involvement of the petitioner. No call for extortion from the mobile of the petitioner was taken up. Petitioner is in jail since 27.01.2015.
