The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is that one iron made weapon and one mobile set are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner when the petitioner was apprehended by the police. Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30/01/2016. Further submission is that similarly situated other co-accused, namely, Dhananjay Kumar has already been allowed bail by a bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 16039 of 2016 on 21.04.2016.
