JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 13.3.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. On informant that the miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, raid was laid when the petitioners were apprehended.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion the petitioners have been apprehended. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25769 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kishanganj in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015.
