Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.3.2016 in a case registered under sections 380, 494, 354/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Initially, informant filed complaint case which was converted into the above stated case.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was some matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the informant who happens to be wife of the petitioner and informant has lodged this case with exaggerated story.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of
