Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bikramganj P.S. Case No.385 of 2017 registered under Section 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her marriage was solemnised with the petitioner on 12.12.2016 and she went to her sasural but her husband and other in-laws subjected her to all sorts of torture due to non-fulfillment of additional demand. The husband also demanded a swift car. The informant also made allegation that her husband began to abuse and assaulted

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife, on such submission, learned counsel for the informant submits that if the petitioner is ready to keep her with all dignity, the informant is also willing to restore the conjugal relations.

Considering the facts that the husband and wife are willing to restore the conjugal relations, the petitioner, above named is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and on such, learned court below shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail for four months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.385 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Thereafter, the learned court below shall make efforts for resolution of the disputes between husband and wife. If the petitioner keeps his wife properly, learned court below shall confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner and if the petitioner fails to keep his wife properly without the fault of the
