The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kesariya P. S. Case No. 17 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner repeatedly assaulted with bhujali on the informant causing five grievous injuries which were opined by the doctor to be dangerous to life, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, learned Magistrate before whom the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21782 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 matter is pending is directed to commit the case for trial forthwith.
