The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case no. 06 of 2019, registered under Sections 363, 366A, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of enticing away of daughter of informant Salma Begam, aged about 17 years, by Chhotu Ansari, son of Rashid Ansari with intention to perform marriage. When informant approached to Nishar Ansari, uncle of Chhotu Ansari then he told that he is also searching and he will inform the informant when he found any trace. Thereafter, informant raised suspicion having hand of Mainuddin Ansari, Motin Ansali, Qumuddin Ansari, Satabuddin Ansari, Jaheda Begum (petitioner) and Amina Begum.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33367 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the Gotiya of the informant and mere on suspicion the petitioner has been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
