JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Bikash Yadav who was apprehended on the spot with arms. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 17.11.2020. Charge sheet has already been submitted.
