The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, dated 10.06.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 188, 382 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Forty six persons have been named in the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33417 of 2020(2) dt.14-12-2020 2/2 including the petitioner, but nothing specific has been attributed against him. Though two persons are stated to have been grievously injured, but the accusation of injuring them is on somebody else.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2020 and bears a good track record, so far as the antecedents are concerned. Some of the other accused persons of this case have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court. Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S.
