2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 12735 of 2025 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of peremptory order dated 05.05.2026.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 12735 of 2025 is restored to its original file.

4. Accordingly, the present restoration application stands allowed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37808 of 2026(2) dt.18-06-2026 2/2 compliance of the order dated 05.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12735 of 2025, he has filed requisites on 21.05.2025.

6. Office is directed to accept the same and issue fresh notice to Opposite Party No. 2 through registered cover with A/D as well as the ordinary process for which requisites which was filed on 21.05.2025 shall be used.
