Petitioner happens to be rice miller and he is languishing in jail custody since 20.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no case under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code is made out and, at best, it is a case of breach of contract. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Case No. 50 of 2015.
