Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 15.9.2014 the minor daughter of the informant was found missing. It is further alleged that she used to talk with some one on mobile phone on account of which the informant raised suspicion the his daughter might have eloped with the aforesaid person. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 25.3.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted. He has no criminal antecedent. The victim herself has admitted in her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26074 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 164 Cr.P.C. that she is the 3rd wife of the petitioner. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.
