Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.02.2016 and from perusal of the complaint petition on the basis of which the present case was lodged, it appears that no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Town P.S.Case No. ( Siwan) Case No. 299 of 2015.
