JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2016 The petitioners in both the cases apprehend their arrest in relation to Barun P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 161 read with Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the petitioners were involved in black marketing of smokeless coal.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15206 of 2016 (3) dt.26-05-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no question of black marketing inasmuch as said purchased, storage of smokeless coal and production thereof is not regulated by any law.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P.S.
