The petitioner seeks bail in Mokama P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner committed theft of cows of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 28.04.2015. Petitioner has remained in jail for three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of the allegation, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 66/2015.
